At school I could not wait until Sport day, if every hour of the day could be sport I would do it. I went up the ranks as a champion Athlete, every year in Primary School through to end of Secondary School I was the Champion Athlete for every year. I then took up the challenge of Marathons and have completed 24 including the New York Marathon and Vancouver Marathon along with Many Melbourne & Gold Coast Marathons.   I also compete in Triathlon having completed the Gold Coast World Championships in 2009 and training very hard and training others for the next World Titles.  As well as training I am also a level 1 Tri Coach.

As an Athlete and a Cert III & IV personal trainer, I know what it is like to set goals and achieve them and that is why it makes me happy when I know I have helped others achieve their goals in life whether they are big or small we all have something in life we want to achieve.

I am a mum to a 15 year old boy named Jay who has had his own personal challenges in life battling cancer – he is my inspiration and has made me a stronger person believing you NEVER GIVE UP.

I am, fun, happy, tough, strong and have a positive approach to everything I do.

Vicky Gardner

Vicky served with the British Army for 5 years before her discharge in 2001. Sport and fitness has always been a passion and Vicky has competed in various sports and activites such as Martial Arts, Athletics, Cross-Country Running, Orienteering and Football (Soccer). Vicky emigrated to Australia from England late 2007 and soon after completed her Certificate 3 and 4 in Personal Training. This enabled Vicky to share her passion and assist clients in achieving their lifestyle goals.

Achieving and maintaining a high level of fitness has always been paramount for Vicky. Life is about working hard and maintaining belief and focus in order to achieve. It is these achievements that we continually reflect on during difficult times to give us strength to continually succeed. Having a positive mental attitude in order to complete a workout will lead to a positive mental attitude in everything you do whether its at home or in the workplace.

Vicky strives for balance in her life. Overexertion or a lacking in any aspect will lead to an imbalance. With a holistic approach to Health and Fitness there are three key factors: Exercise, Nutrition and Rest. To achieve peak performance in life, a balance of each of these three factors must be sustained.
