What does Personal Training mean with Xosize?

Programs can be designed with an emphasis on total fitness and wellbeing in areas of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and nutrition. Your XOSIZE personal trainer will design a program for you incorporating scientific exercise progression and specific target-area training. Workouts are varied, incorporating different, innovative techniques to obtain the best fitness results in the shortest amount of time possible.

  • One on One: An XOSIZE trainer can provide a 100% commitment to you during your sessions. The focus and motivation are solely on you meeting your health and fitness goals. If you're serious about making long-lasting changes in your body and self-image, this program can work for you
  • One on two or One on three: Partner or small group training: Husband/Wife, Boyfreind/Girlfreind, Friends, Work buddies, mother-father/son --daughter, sisters, brothers, whatever combination this is a great way to work with a partner and can be both economical and motivational way to train whilst still getting that personal attention.

What services we provide?

Fitness Assessment - Where we establish a benchmark of where you are at. Your current level of fitness
Goal Setting - Realistic short, medium and long-term goals are then set.
Programming - Can include resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training, both indoor and outdoor, all in accordance with your individual needs and abilities.
Training - Your trainer provides education, technique instruction and motivation throughout your balanced exercise session
Food Choice Improvement - Refining your current diet in line with your particular goals and needs.
Rehabilitation - Exercise prescription in relation to your specialist's requirements.
Sport Specific - We also offer training with specific sports performance in mind
Continual Reassessment - We measure your improvement and set you further challenges. We keep you accountable
