Description of Sessions

Group Personal Training – Group of 6-8 participants – focuses on cardio, strength,boxing and core stability.

Running Group– nothing beats the freedom that comes with running.  All fitness levels welcome.  

Boxing Circuit–Focuses on technique/combinations whilst building reflex-co-ordination, speed, strength, power and improves muscle tone.

Mums and Bubs– Gets your body back into shape after baby.  And bring baby with you!.

Wind Trainer/Spin – Improve cycling technique, burn calories, and improve your fitness

BOOT CAMP - outdoor group training, all fitness levels welcome.
