Boxing Circuit–Focuses on technique/combinations whilst building reflex-co-ordination, speed, strength, power and improves muscle tone.
Mums and Bubs– Gets your body back into shape after baby. And bring baby with you!.
Wind Trainer/Spin – Improve cycling technique, burn calories, and improve your fitness
BOOT CAMP - outdoor group training, all fitness levels welcome.

Group Training is a great way to become healthier whilst training with other people, while still providing the individual touch that our clients require.
