PILATES (FLOOR)

This unique style reflects the series of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates himself. Focused on rhythm and flow, you will develop greater overall awareness and learn to move with efficiency and grace.

These sessions build strength and endurance, improve posture, increase flexibility, create longer and leaner muscles, prevent injury and so much more!

When : MONDAY & WEDNESDAY @ 7:00pm

BOXING CLASSES

Consistent boxing training can result in improvements in many aspects of your physicality

-Fat loss and conditioning, reaction time and reflexes, co-ordination, cardio fitness and even flexibility.

Boxing is a fun, easily accessible and if done properly, safe way of improving your lifestyle.

When : THURSDAY @ 7:00pm

HEARTMOVES PROGRAM NOW AT XOSIZE

Heartmoves is a low to moderate exercise program designed and managed by the Heart Foundation, suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while.  The course is run by an accredited personal trainer specifically trained in managing safe low to moderate intensity exercise programs.

Heartmoves is open to everyone and designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as cardiac or diabetic  conditions or are at risk of a chronic disease.
